Happy 6th anniversary to Duane and me! On Friday, March 11, Duane and I took a vacation day and dropped Liv off at daycare. We drove down to Shakopee for a little casino action at Mystic Lake - we know, classy! In a matter of an hour, we lost $50 and gained black lungs - it was SO smoky there. (Not to mention kind of sad...) We then had lunch at Barrio in St. Paul - one of the best Mexican places we've ever eaten and we know we'll be going back soon. We came home after lunch and watched a movie at home. Right before closing time, we picked up Liv and ended our day with her. She gave us her gift by ROLLING OVER!!! It was so awesome to see her do that all by herself!
Yesterday we didn't do much of anything - just hung around at home. Today Liv had her first birthday party for a neighbor. We got her all dolled up and couldn't help taking a bunch of pictures before walking across the street to the party. She promptly fell asleep in Duane's arms and proved she's quite the party pooper...
