2 month check-up

Yesterday was Liv's 2-month check-up and she's doing great! She weighed in at 11lbs. 15oz and measured 23" long. She did receive 3 shots, though, and that was a little tough. When I say tough, I mean tough for me. As the nurse was wiping off her legs with an alcohol swab, I started to tear up. I kept telling myself to get a grip but then I started to tear up even more and when they gave her the shots, I think we were both equally upset. Thankfully, Liv was the tougher one and she actually fell asleep in her car seat before I even walked out of the doctor's office! Last night was hard because she was really uncomfortable; she cried for about 2 hours off and on and tried to sleep but was even whimpering in her sleep. However, she was pretty much back to her old self by 8:30pm. 2 more months and then we do this all over again...yikes!
